Iron & Ember is a custom-designed home that blends contemporary elegance with the rugged beauty of its hillside setting. One of five residences in a thoughtfully planned development, it was designed to maximize panoramic views of the city and ocean while feeling deeply connected to the natural landscape.

Clean lines, natural materials, and abundant sunlight define the home’s warm, modern aesthetic. Inside, a vaulted entry and skylit hallway lead to an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space anchored by a stone fireplace and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. Expansive sliding doors open to a deck with an outdoor kitchen, dining areas, and plentiful seating, nearly doubling the main floor’s living space.

The main-level primary suite offers private deck access and a spa-like ensuite with soaking tub and panoramic windows. Downstairs, a refined entertainment level includes a wine cellar, full bar, billiards, lounge, VR golf, and putting green—plus a guest suite and gym.
